UK Standard Delivery 

Joe Browns dispatches UK orders via Evri, with some parcels sent through Royal Mail, DHL, or UPS, based on location or weight, and the delivery firm is predetermined. Most UK orders are delivered within two working days post-dispatch, with a dispatch goal within two working days of ordering. Allow up to seven days for delivery, noting longer times for business addresses. Deliveries may require a signature and if unavailable, couriers typically attempt delivery thrice, may leave the parcel with neighbours, or at a local collection point. Joe Browns is not liable for missed deliveries. Be cautious of scam delivery fee messages and consult our customer care for uncertainties.

Express Delivery 

Joe Browns offers Express Delivery for UK orders placed before 3pm Monday – Friday, with a surcharge of £2 (EUR €6, USD $6, AUD $9) for a total fee of £6 (EUR €12, USD $12, AUD $18). Mainland UK addresses receive orders within one working day after dispatch. Orders made before 3pm on Fridays are delivered on Monday, and orders made after 3pm on Fridays are delivered on Tuesday. A signature may be required, and if unavailable at the first attempt, two more delivery attempts will be made. Express Delivery applies to back-ordered items once in stock and standard delivery is used for exchanges. It’s unavailable for certain postcodes and the Republic of Ireland. Be alert to scam delivery messages and contact customer care with any payment requests.

Evri Parcel Shop Click & Collect

For a fee of £4 (€6 / US$6 / AU$9), customers have the option to select delivery to a local ParcelShop at checkout. Parcels dispatched to Evri ParcelShop locations are expected to arrive within seven working days. Customers providing a mobile number in the ‘mobile’ field will receive an SMS from Evri when the parcel is ready for pickup. In absence of a mobile number, an email notification will be sent.

Collecting the parcel must occur within ten days from its arrival at the ParcelShop; otherwise, the parcel will be returned to the sender. Presentation of a valid ID (credit/debit card, foreign ID card, passport, photo driving licence, photo ID card, UK driving licence) is required for collection, and only the individual named on the parcel’s address label can collect it.

Should the parcel not be collected within the ten-day window and is returned, a refund will be issued, or contact will be made to discuss potential re-dispatch. Customers are advised to check the ParcelShop’s operating hours before collection and to be cautious of scam delivery messages, reaching out to customer care for any payment requests.

UK British Forces Postal Charges

BFPO parcels incur a fixed charge of £7 (€10 / US$10 / AU$15) due to security measures that prevent direct shipping to BFPO overseas addresses. Instead, items are sent to a central MOD collection point, and the MOD completes the delivery, passing on a charge to cover the average cost of global deliveries. For those opting for delivery to a non-BFPO address, a standard charge of £4 (€6 / US$6 / AU$9) applies, regardless of the parcel’s weight.

Returns

The Return Policy offers free returns within 28 days from when items were received, provided they remain unwashed, unworn and with all their labels intact. Trying items for size and fit is acceptable but any use should not take place. Returns can either be refunded or exchanged for other products. They provide detailed instructions for returning via ParcelShop drop-off or Evri collection services, including filling out a returns form, selecting suitable packaging and attaching our free returns label. If your label has been lost or misplaced, there are three options for replacing it: creating one online, obtaining a code to print at a ParcelShop or printing directly in-store with guidance to check availability beforehand. Exchanges can be accommodated for different sizes, colors, or items without incurring additional outbound postage and packaging fees, with instructions provided on the returns form to specify desired exchanges and include payment arrangements if the new item has a higher price point.
